1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used or opened baby care products (lotions, soaps, oils, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned.
3. Process
- To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@loomora.com with your order ID and product image.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (as per your preference).
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
